Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between the customer and MFD Magic Floor Design through our online shop. By placing an order with us, the customer accepts these T&C.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The representations of products in our online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer, which we accept by confirming the order via email.

4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices stated are in AED including applicable VAT.

5. Delivery Terms
The delivery time for ordered products is usually 6 to 7 weeks from the order confirmation. Please note that delays may occur in exceptional cases. A precise delivery time will be provided after the order confirmation. Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer, either within the UAE.

6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process and depend on the delivery address and delivery method. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

7. Right of Withdrawal
As the products offered are customized or made-to-order goods, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. Returns or cancellations are only possible under certain circumstances and must be agreed upon with us.

8. Defects Liability and Claims
Statutory warranty rights apply. The customer is obliged to immediately inspect the delivered products upon receipt for any defects or damage. If the customer identifies any defects or damage, they must notify us immediately upon receipt of the goods. After this inspection obligation has passed, no exchange, repair, or refund will be accepted.

9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the price of the goods directly related to the incident. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Data Protection
